Refund and Cancellation Policy for PDF Notes

1. What you buy

Each purchase gives you a personal licence to download and read a PDF (for example, the Hindi and English editions of the India-Pakistan Relations notes) for your own study. The price is shown on the product page and on the payment page before you pay. The file is delivered by a download link sent to the email you give on the payment page, and your name and order ID are printed on every page of your copy.

2. When we refund or resend

Because a PDF is a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally final and cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent. We will gladly fix things in these cases:

• Paid but no link received within 24 hours (after checking Spam/Promotions): we resend the link, or refund you if we cannot deliver.
• Charged twice for the same order: the extra payment is refunded in full.
• File corrupt or will not open: we send a fresh copy; if that also fails, we refund you.
• Wrong product delivered: we send the right one.

We do not refund because of a change of mind after downloading, or because the content was also available free on the website.

3. How to ask

Email us at contact@simplifiedsamvidhan.com within 7 days of payment with your order / payment ID (it starts with pay_), the email used for payment, and what went wrong. To get a fresh download link yourself, use the form on this page.

4. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made through Razorpay to the original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit.

5. Payments and your data

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. To deliver and watermark your PDF we keep only your name, email, the last four digits of your mobile number and the order ID. See our Privacy Policy.
